AP's post #4

Hey guys! It is AP!!!!!!!!!!!! So news lately is we are undefeated in basketball. It has been going really well. Except for the fact that I am currently on crutches. So that is going to throw off my routine. But as soon as I get healed (hopefully soon) I will get back into the swing off things. I was super close to getting my split down and have basically gotten my back bend. I look up YouTube videos and stretch and it helps majorly. I think Olivia Is getting her's down too! At least I hope. She is a cheerleader and she cheers at my games so she gets time at practice to stretch. Soon enough there will be pictures of us doing our final tricks for you guys and our class. Also with Christmas break coming up it may be a while before I post again. So Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Oli's 4th Post :)

Hey guys it's Oli! This is my 4th blog for my 20 time project, and so far, everything's been going good! I
actually started my stretches last Wednesday! I didn't blog last week because I was on a field trip, and I was cheering at a game Friday, but I've been doing my stretches. I've also been drinking lots of water lately. But my splits are coming along. I'm not fully there yet, and I don't think I will be able to do a complete split for a while. Before I go to sleep, I put my hands on my bed and go down as far as I can. I try to go down farther every night, but it's kinda hard because I'm not very flexible. I'm gonna keep stretching my limits, but I'm really sore. But hopefully this time next month, I'll have at least one of my splits down.

Oli's 3rd Post :)

Hey guys! I didn't post anything the last time we did 20 time because I was on a cruise, and I didn't post last week because we were on break. Not gonna lie, I haven't been doing my stretches at all. I've been been to busy, or just plain out forgetful. My goal this week is to start doing my stretches. Hopefully I can make time. I'm not sure how my schedules gonna work out this week, but so far, it's been pretty stressful. But as soon as I get everything sorted out, I'm gonna start doing them again. I've said that for the past 3 weeks, but I really mean it now! I'm gonna try to become more organized, but knowing me, that's probably not gonna happen. I've got a busy weekend, so I probably won't add the stress of doing stretches until Sunday night. So, hopefully this week will work out.

AP's Third Post

Hey guys, Its AP!! I made the basketball team, so that means practice everyday and games most weekends. But here lately I have been working on my stretches at night. My progress is going pretty well with a schedule like mine. School, basketball, then pig barn. That is basically my life right now. I do not know how Oli is doing but my split is getting closer and closer to the ground. The stretches are really helping. My back bend is almost sturdy enough to stand on it's own. Now on the trampoline I can land a front flip and handstand, and I can do a back flip and front flip into a pool. I am still working on my back flip on the trampoline. My handstand is getting straighter and I can hold it longer than I could. After i get my split and back bend down I then will work on front walk overs and front handsprings.

Oli's 3rd blog :)

Hey guys! It's Oli! I've been doing my stretches at least 3 times a week. I know I said I would do it every night, but between cheer practice, my siblings practices, and homework, it's pretty difficult to get in all my stretch time. I'm planning on getting my split(s) down, then I'm gonna work on my back bend. I'm going on a cruise this week, and I won't have my phone, and I won't be back next Wednesday, so I probably won't blog again till next weekend. I've been drinking lots of water, and my legs are sore from the stretches I've been doing. Cheer season just started back again, so I'll probably work on my splits at practice! So, long story short, my stretch time will hopefully increase by the end of the week, and once I get my split(s) down, I'm gonna start working on my back bends!

AP's second blog :)

Hey guys, it is AP!! We just got back to school from Fall Break and this is the first chance I have had to work on my project. I have been in Perry the past week and have been busy practicing for basketball try-outs. I know I am making excuses, but they are true. Hopefully, I will be able to work on my stretches a little more at night before bed. That's probably the best idea. So far I can do a pretty decent handstand, a back-bend against the wall, and of course a ton of stuff on the trampoline. I have been drinking lots of water and trying to eat healthier. I plan to keep up the stretches and get way more flexible! It is going to be super cool when I can do all the cool tricks and show my friends! They are going to love it, and be so proud!

Oli's Second Blog :)

Hey it's Oli! I've been really busy lately, so I haven't really been able to do any stretches. We have been on break this week, and I have been doing the stretches when I can before I go to bed. Starting next week, Monday, I am hoping to fully commit to doing my stretches and everything that goes along with that. This project is due in about four months maybe? So I am hoping that gives me plenty of time to become flexible. I've been researching how long it takes to become flexible, and I've been watching some YouTube videos. I will add those to the link page this Wednesday. I am not sure how Allie's schedules gonna work, but I'm thinking mines gonna go like this; stretches every night before bed, drinking lots of water all day, eat three meals a day with two lite snacks, and exercise constantly!

First Blog (Oli)

First Post! This blog is going to be ran by me and my friend AP. We are going to research information and watch videos on how to become more flexible! We have set a lot of goals we plan to reach. We have a whole school year, so I think we will have enough time. Our goals include being able to do a middle, front, and right split, a correct back-bend, front walk-over, and we are going to to do a number of stretches. We also plan to stay on a healthy diet. We are going to update our progress as needed, and we hope we are successful! I am really excited to do this project because I really want to become flexible so it will help with my cheer leading. I think this project will be worth my time, and I am hoping for great results! We will have a mentor who will give us advice on how we can improve and remain active.

First Blog (AP)

My friend and I are super excited to be working on this project. This blog is going to be about me and my friend Oli learning how to become more flexible. We plan to learn many things including a split, back bend, and a few others. We have researched many stretches to do and master to be able to do what we want to accomplish. We have set many goals and plan to meet them all. You will read about our progress and I hope you will enjoy it. Our goal is to be able to do a right, left, and middle split. Also a back bend, front walkover, back walkover, and a good looking handstand. We also plan to stay fit and start a healthy diet because the places we seeked for advice said it is better to do it that way. My personal goal is to not only become flexible but become able to teach someone through my experience.
